We are searching for someone with prior bookkeeping and knack for creating wonderful customer experiences. Construction project admin background would be a HUGE plus, and would make the transition period much easier. A Day in the Life of our Office Manager/Bookkeeper:
You will come into the office each day with your own "superhero" shirt on, ready to tackle projects that put families and businesses back on track. You will understand the scope and importance of our services, and actively promote actions that streamline processes, making communication and documentation honest and clear. Your primary job responsibilities will be maintaining the job management system, accounting functions, and answering the phone, so that you can be a support to the President, the Job Leads, and Sales/Marketing department.

As the voice of our office, interacting with clients, our employees, subcontractors, city officials, building inspectors, insurance companies, and others, your professional and happy attitude will set the tone. Your excellent communication and organization skills will be critical to handling incoming calls and tracking documentation efficiently, and thoroughly. You will be responsible for A/P, A/R, collections, and doing daily audits of all accounting and process systems. You will do critical data entry, and assist administrators and project leads on maintaining the job management system.

Every client and project is very important to us, and will be to you. Your positive, hard-working presence will greatly affect our overall atmosphere in the office. You will love making a difference and seeing each project successfully completed!

Job Qualifications:
Must have happy, professional demeanor
Must have a positive, "go getter" attitude
Must have prior bookkeeping and office management experience
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have experience using Microsoft Office programs, accounting system experience
Must be computer literate/willing to learn
Have excellent telephone and customer service skills, focused on client satisfaction.
Have tenacity in prompt follow up and accuracy of documentation.
Must be detail oriented
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
